I have 134 acres near May Texas that is very remote and great for hunting. The surrounding properties are coastal fields and this property is 85% cover in oaks with sandy loam soil. There are a couple of places that would be great for food plots. There is an old tank that has been dry in past years. We have leased in years past pretty easily at a total price of $3000. was just curious if this is a seasonal or year round lease and if there is a limit on group size, i have a small group of guys (all military) looking for a lease close to dyess and it looks this spot would not be to bad, if i used mapquest correctly, lol thank you.
