Hands down this is the best. I rarely get any gristle with this sausage. The jalepeno and cheese is the bomb.

Vincek's in East Bernard and Chappel Hill Meats in Chappel Hill, real tough to pick one over the other for me. Oh and Chappel Hill is sold in some stores now.

Well, I tried them. They really live up to there name (HOT)
A little too hot for me, and they cost about twice as much as Earls.

Tex's Smoked Links, white cardboard box are best massed produced.

But the BEST are Fischer's in Muenster Texas

Yes I agree Fisher"s has good hot links, I grew up in Gainesville. There smoked sausage and brats are also very good.
