Vincek's in East Bernard and Chappel Hill Meats in Chappel Hill, real tough to pick one over the other for me. Oh and Chappel Hill is sold in some stores now.

Yes I agree Fisher"s has good hot links, I grew up in Gainesville. There smoked sausage and brats are also very good.
