Looking for a Duck lease in or around Collin, Fannin, Grayson, Rockwall, Denton, Hunt Counties....I prefer multiple locations rather than one or two lakes/ponds...Any help is greatly appreciated!

Its almost impossible to find a duck lease in texas unless you wanna pay 5000 bucks. Good luck Ive been looking for a year and havent found one and cant get any help from anybody. I am a member of every forum related to waterfowl and not one person has tried to point me in the right direction. Oh well I have my honey hole all to myself so it is what it is.
