Does anyone know when the state issues pronghorn permits? I bet there aren't a lot issued this year.

Okla is still a little bit away...
Numbers in both tx and okla panhandle are still very strong

I think the outfitter I usually go with, in the TX panhandle, gets his the first week of September.
