I'm looking to fill a six spots on 1500 acre lease in the Loving/Jermyn area. Most of the lease is in Young County, with a small part in Jack County. We will have 10 hunters this year, down from 14 last year. There are a couple of people coming back. Price will be $1800 per hunter. Electric/Water included in the lease fee. Campground area for trailers, or you can pitch a tent if you wish. Takes me about one hour and 45 minutes from my house in Arlington to get to the front gate, 96 miles. here is map of lease, dark lines are lease...

Man that sounds good. I know where this is. Out by olney. Are the hunting spots already chosen. Guests allowed. Management in place?

I updated the "area" map of the ranch last night and sent it to Bobby. Looks like all of the areas have some pretty good hunting in each of them.
Will get Bobby to update this post with the new map.

I will be going out Friday to show the lease to a couple of people that are getting on the lease. As of this moment, I have three open spots left. One guy looked at it Saturday, but said it will be Sunday before he will have an answer, so that spot is still open until paid for.

Okay, showed it Friday to five guys and all are getting on the lease. Still have one slot open, however, as I type, there is a guy out looking at it and he will let me know this evening about it. Some of the guys are members here and I look forward to a great season with you guys. Grow baby grow:
