ok you will be guaranteed shots at does. There are plenty of does on the free range side of the ranch but also in the 300 acre high fence. You will be able to shoot does there as well, these will be axis does.

Hope i have answered everyones questions. This hunt should be a ton a fun and someone will have a ton of meat to take home, as well as a trophy. Still looking, havent gotten any definates yet

Do you have to pay for the does first, or are you able to pay, once you kill or at least see a few? Dont want to pay $500 and see one doe 400 yards away or a few does running through the pasture. i will pay 500 to go shoot does if someone needs a hunting partner this is a great deal i have stage 4 cancer cant afford the 2000 if anyone needs a hunting partner lmk im game whenever yall are thanks,adam

Guaranteed chance at trophy axis, if you dont get a chance at a trophy you wont pay a dime. And you get all the axis, sika, fallow does, and ewes you want.

I am with Mike, I would tag along with anyone and shoot the does for 500.00. I am not a trophy hunter, but we only eat what we shoot at my house. No store bought meat at this house for years now. For a school teacher with 5 kids this price is unbelievable. Someone must be looking for a trophy axis. Let me know and I will be your sidekick...Thanks

Thanks yeah hopefully we can get it sold. Am out in rock springs right now on axis hunt at baker 3. Tough hunting but the axis buck are rutting and we are seeing quite a few.

Can't believe this is still here. In my opinion, a free-range Texas Axis would be a pretty unique trophy. Sounds like a cool place, and the doe option means you wouldn't get bored!
Too bad I'm sinking all my funds in a new lease...
