2400 acres located in Jasper County, between Kirbyville and Buna off or Hwy 96. Has 2 access roads, Cty Rd 607 and 613, which are gated. 2 buck, 2 doe county, LAMPS managed. Pigs, turkey, and whitetail (13" rule). No water or electrical, but there is established campsite. Even with drought it still has water in tanks. 800 per family, guess may hunt during bow season and after Thanksgiving weekend. Family if child is in college he or she is considered family member and may hunt. Guess and family off your tag. WE NEED 8 MORE HUNTERS OR FAMILIES TO FILL ALL SLOTS. SHORT FUSE LAND COMPANY NEEDS THEIR MONEY 1ST WEEK IN JUNE. PM IF INTERESTED AND I'LL GIVE YOU THE CONTACT INFORMATION.

Just 2 hours east of houston. This place has been managed for the past 5 years. Great habitat. Easy access. Slots opened due to Oil Company pulled out, bumped heads with management. Really need help to feel positions. Had alot inquired but no showed for showing. We want a family oriented lease. Really need serious manage minded hunters. About 30% hardwoods and 70% pines and under brush. Thanks

This sounds like exactly what I'll be looking for next year. But I have 1 more year stuck up here in Wisconsin.

I hope there is a slot open next year at this time.

We need 8 more for the 2400 acres. Already 12 slots taken. Most took more than 1 slot per family. There may be a merge of additional 1500 acres. This lease has utilities. If interested PM contact info and I'll get you in touch with manager.

Found your thread while searching thru old threads..if this spot becomes available or if you would be willing to let me hunt a weekend or two for a fee let me know. I live in the houston area and want something within a 2-3 hour drive. Responsible hunter, familiar with game management, USMC vet. I was not able to get on a lease this year.
