This is a whole pig that my extended family roasted for Thanksgiving this past year. The pig was roasted in a La Caja roasting box. This was a pig from the butcher because some of the family won't eat wild game, but we have done wild pigs in it too. Very tender and very tasty. Pictures taken on a phone so they are a little grainy....
