BMD - The capes are still good this time of the year their coat might be little thinner but the chaps and everything are still the same.

Just know when we were hunting my daughters the capes were not looking as good as, as winter we saw one bigger sheep that was shedding and looked like crap, so I assumed they look better with their winter capes.

Almost all animals are gonna have better coats in the winter, the hair is thicker and just looks better but summer coats still look good just thinner hair.

I like the summer coats myself on a bunch of animals makes for a better mount.

As far as trophy size goes on average we are shooting 26-30"+ Catalina, 32-35"+ texas dahl, 37-40"+Scimitar, and 26-30"+ Aoudad. Keep in mind I'm giving you an average. Some animals are smaller some much larger. Hard to give you an exact size until you just get out there and hunt, if ya knew exactly what you were chasing it wouldn't be too sporting. I will tell you we grow quality animals and take pride in it. "trophy" is really all in the eyes of the hunter.
