I gave my sight to my cousin who just bought his first bow therefore I am looking for a new bow sight. I have looked at the hoggit for 250 so I don't want to spend any more than that preferably less. Any suggestions.

God is deep but he is not complicated.

I have a spott hogg & love it. Can't remember if it's the hoggit or hunter but I'd definitely reccomend a spott hogg!

You can buy a used Spot Hogg on Archery Talk very reasonable. I shoot the spot Hogg Hoggit longbar with a wrap. I think when I buy my new bow I am going to go to a shorter sight like the Spott Hogg Real Deal to keep my bow lighter. They are indestructable sights and I have never had an issue with them. I love the micro adjustments they have on them. You can really dial a bow in nicely if you want to.

Another vote for the Real Deal. Great sight without breaking the bank. I shot one for years until I switched to a HHA single pin.

My wife shoots a Sword sight. Cant remember wich one it is but its the long bar one. She likes it but she wants a Spott Hogg when she decides to get a new sight. However the Swords are right up there with the Spott Hoggs in quality. I just prefer the Spott Hoggs.

Black Gold sights are dang good sights. They are compared to spot hoggs, but better. The only sight that has pins that wont halo too. These sights also have a lifetime warranty. You can order one from their sight, customized to the max for $250.

Now if you dont go blackgold, go copper john dead nutz, sword twilight hunter, or axcel armortech.

I'm a fan of the axcel armortechs.. as tough or tougher than any others and more precise pin adjustment than the spot hoggs

I like my spot hoggs. You will not find better customer service either. I talked to them on Friday and sent in my Real Deal for customs pins and upgraded to their new bullet proof pins for $30. It's like talking to an old friend on the phone.

I went through this research last year. IMO the Spot Hogg products are overpriced. I bought the Tru-Glo Micro-Brite and love it.

I got the 5 pin with all .010 pins. I don't need the detachable feature, but it was the only way to get all 5 pins in .010

It is around $100-$110 depending where you buy it.

Here is a link of the sight in MidwayUSA TruGlo Micro-Brite

I am a proud United States Air Force NCO and I thank all of you for your support!!!
