I manage this double last week, had the tom's come into my decoys. I was hoping for 2 tom's in this outing, so I made a quick decision and go ahead and do a double just in case I couldn't get the birds to come back in later.

Sorry about the crappy pic, I was out there by myself and had to do the self timer thing on the camera and had a whole 10 seconds before the pic was taken, not easy for any old man.

Now I got to get the grandson on a bird.

wish you luck with the grandson, its just as fun for me to call them in as it is to be pulling the trigger.

Its been a few years for me since I have been Spring Turkey Hunting. This year is my first for hunting in Texas, its been a little tough hunting on somewhat public land but I have had a great time so far.
