The best place I know of in Caddo Grasslands is if you go to Coffee Mill Lake and put in on the North end off FM 409. Once your in the water, head due East to the dam. That's where I've seen the most hogs but I haven't hunted that place much so others may have a better idea of where they're at these days. Actually, again, I'd call the GW and pick his brain. He wants you to kill hogs as much as you do, I bet, so he's going to put you as close to them as possible.

Why is it that Texans say, "we have a Feral Pig problem!", but yet charge in upwards of $500 to hunt a nuisence. In my opinion, it's an oxymoran. I have several friends that are more than willing to let anyone hunt pig on their land for trade in help. But I will respect their privacy.

you can check into the type 2 hunting go online at TPWD and it will let you know where you can hunt, or stop by the offices and pick up the licences and the pamplet

Yeah you would think a nuisance animal hunt would be free but money to be made here so........you gotta pay.
