Anybody ever eaten here? Apparently they opened one in Coppell and my brother said it is the best BBQ he has had in the Metroplex. Neither of us are big fans of BBQ in the DFW, but he was really impressed with this place. Thinking about trying it out.

Get the 3" thick Pork Chop and tell them to dip it. Trust me. Oh and don't forget the nanner puddin.

It's overpriced and overrated. I've heard the other locations are good but personally I think Hard 8 in Coppell is highly overrated.

I can tell you the one is Stephenville, is awesome. The One in Brady is hit or miss, but it is still good. Never been to the one in Coppell.

I eat at the one in the 'Ville, and have ate at the Coppell location also. About all I like there is the pork chop, dipped of course, the Jalapeno sausage and the side dishes. The brisket, ribs, and chicken leave alot to be desired. It is a little overpriced and overated IMO.

The one in Brady just changed management back around last November. I hope it was for the better.
We ate there once about 6 years ago and it was great. Tried them again a couple times after that and it sucked. We swore we'd never be back.

We like to go to Mac's in Brady.

I like it. The one in Coppell doesn't seem to be as good as the one in the 'ville. The owners of them are pretty darn cool as well.

My biggest complaint about the Coppell location is their sweet tea sucks. The food is usually pretty good.

I agree on Macs in Brady, however sometimes I just want that thick ole pork chop and some nanner puddin.

Mac's for me too. Look's like we have a winner!

I have never ate in the restaraunt, but the company i used to work for used to have them cater to us on location. The brisket is usually dry. The pork chops did make me sick once. I drive by the one in Stephenville quite a bit, and have yet to stop for this reason.

The banana puddin is amazing!

Ate at the one in Stephenville on opening day of dove season. It was pretty awesome. Lots of choices too like bacon wrapped shrimp and the like.

x2 Stephenville was better the one time I went there than the Brady one had ever been the 20 or so times I went there.

only been to the one in Coppell.. As far as barbecue in the metroplex it is towards the top of the list (doesn't say too much) However i think it is over priced as well...

I am looking forward to trying the one in St'ville. My son is entering college there next fall. We will be visiting on the weekend of April 2. Looking forward to some good brisket and pork chops. Make some other recommendations. thanks jcz
