Good stuff. Kuby's called me the other day. My order of hunter's sticks, Jap/Cheese link, and Jap/Cheese salami is ready.......total bill $738.19! Never ever let them do the processing. Just take in the meat whatever it is.

Last time I took them a deer, I had already de-boned it.
I gave them red flesh, that's it.
You get charged for the weight that you bring in, not what you pick up.
I'm sure y'all already knew that, but maybe it will help a newb.

Quick tip on Kuby's...
They give it back to you in plastic bags. I used to just throw it in the freezer.
If you take the time to re-package it and vacuum seal it, your sausage will last WAY longer w/o getting freezer burn.
