I know of a place that is offering 1 axis doe, 1 red deer cow, 1 blackbuck doe and 1 mouflon ewe for 695. That includes 3 days 2 night lodging. Need 3 to 4 people.

That's well below market on everything. If my freezer wasn't full, I'd be tempted to break out my checkbook.

Just found out today you have the choice of paying the 150/ day guide fee or going out on your own. BUT!!!! If you do so you do it at your own risk (meaning you pay for what you kill if it is anything else not listed in the special.)

So the price is either 695 w/lodging and no meals and no guide or
695 + 150/day guide fee w lodging and no meals.

Also it is on about 700 acres

Assuming it's reputable, it's still a good deal. Here's a comparison:

Guide fee: $150 is what I charge (market)
Axis doe: $200 to $250
Blackbuck doe: $100
Auodad Ewe: $100
Red Hind: $400 (I charge $500 but I know my price is a little high).

TOTAL: $800 to $850 (unguided and without lodging)

Again, assuming it's reputable, someone oughta jump all over that.

Thank you insight. I am not trying to scam or any other form of "take your money" plan. I can give everyone my email, physical address, full name, and the list goes on. Its my name on the line and so far it is not tarnished. Well we wont mention that stint in the Navy lol jk.

Anyway, my plan with my site is to get landowners to call me an tell me of deals. I have had to call him back three times to make sure that was the price. I do not require the price of the hunt although he probably will upon arival. I do however ask for 10% which is 65 buck for "finders fee" if you will. I am not marking that hunt up as there is no room and then making other moneys off of it. I realize the hesitation on a new guy but give me a try. If the hunt doesnt get booked I will give you your booking fee back.

Did I read your post correctly, you only charge 100 for aoudad ewe? Where are you located?

This was Mike tallying up the prices based on his hunts. He was just comparing and dont know if that is his charge.
