How is shooting with a sling hard?
Maybe mix in some hand eye coordination drills first... Maybe I just need you to give me lessons I see it, bugs the crap out of me. I never said it was hard

Well the first man comes along that can read Latin is welcome to rob us, far as I'm concerned. I'd like a chance t' shoot at a educated man once in my life.

and get used to shooting with a sling on this off season.
What sling do y'all recommend? I have read good stuff about both The Claw and Butler Creek neo??? I got mine from academy 7 years ago, it is a nice one, not neoprene. I normally take it off during the off season when I shoot clay thinking it might help me with my score, but I think I will leave it on this off season to better simulate how I hunt, it only makes sense...

I have 4 or 5 different ones you can try. Pro's and con's to all. Find one you like to get ya were going then remove it when hunting. Put it back on when ready to pick up the deks.

I think I'm going to start shooting skeet out of my layout blind. The jacket and waders will probably be pretty warm, but not as warm as the facemask and gloves. Realism gets results. TM

I like a sling when hunting timber. Hang your gun on a branch call with one hand use a jerk string with the other.
question is. What is the difference between shooting with one, and shooting without one. If your sling is obstructing your view down the barrel man you set your gun up all wrong Judd.

Well Charley the Duck Dog would probably want to wear his face paint. Yep. Were going to Elm Fork this weekend, he's wearing his tin foil jacket and full face paint.

the thing about baiting is, even a rookie hunter could have a 170 bird season if they bait holes
