I saw a 45-70 snub nosed revolver on another forum. Who dreams up these things???

Just ran some numbers on my hog load with 350 gr Hornady using 3031 and a 5 inch barrel (counting 2 inch barrel and 3 inch cylinder) 43% of the powder would not be burned and velocity difference of over 8-- fps between the 5inch and a 24 inch barrel. Not exactly efficent
