Looks like just selling the house and a field with no cover. Looks nice if that is what you want for horses.

Look at the link to the game cam pics. It may just be a field, but the entire field borders what appear to be a lot of woods. You could set it up to where deer will be in those fields in the mornings and evenings. Pretty solid buck too.
Does the lower boundary extend all the way down to that large pond? This looks like a pretty solid deal for someone.

There is an old railroad easement that runs the entire length of the property, but is separated from it by a 60' strip of woods, to the west side. The deer use that, as well as a bisecting pipeline, as highways. Other than that, the property is land locked and surrounded by woods, except for the entry gates. Wooded all around and gets some pretty heavy game traffic. The deer ARE in the woods every morning and evening - there were ten the other day - three bucks and 7 doe. When the hay field is tall, you can pick out all the spots where they bed down. On the east side of the property, there are two creeks which feed that big pond you saw. The pond, which, along with the creeks, is a pretty busy watering hole, is beyond the piece that I'm selling, but it'd be easy enough to put in another one. We hunt deer & dove mostly. There's a guy who's had a lease just over the east fence for several years now - he always gets deer, as well.
