I am sure that you will get plenty of other responses, and even though I don't reload for the '06 any longer-we always got good results out of IMR-4350. But we mostly used 180 gr.

h4350 around 58 gr always does pretty good in any 06. 52 gr of 4064 does well too.

Mine really likes IMR 4350 pushing 165gr Accubonds.

150-180 gr. - IMR4350. Been my go-to powder for '06 for over 20 years.
I did try IMR4064 with 180 gr. ProHunters and it worked VERY well in one of my rifles, IMR4350 worked better in another rifle with that same bullet. I suppose the rifle dictates what it likes.

Hodgdon H-205 works best for me in 4 .30-06s with bullets from 150 to 180 grs. It provides great accuracy with top velocity in all the guns I've loaded. That said, I bet you can't find any.
Then, consider 4064 and 4320 in the 130 and 150s. Try Re-19, WW-760, and one of the 4350s in the 165s. And look at 4350, IMR4831, and Norma 204 in the 180s.

i use 46 grs of imr 4064 behind the 165gr sierra HPBT out of my remington 700cdl 30-06. Just settled on this load last week when i got three three shot half inch groups...all holes touching. 4064 shoots good for me.
I havent shot those 150 gr partitions, but have shot the150 gr Spitzer boat tails and liked them. Looking back at my load log, i noted in there that in 2007 i was getting a half inch group with the sierra 150gr SPBT with 46.7 grs of imr 4064 with a muzzle velocity 2600 fps. Same bullet and powder at 47.6 gave me a 1 inch group at 2697fps. Then a hotter load with the same bullet and powder...50.3 grs was getting me a .75 inch 3 shot group at about 2800 fps.
I did work these loads up..so dont just jump strait into a hot load.
Enjoy, hope you get you a good load figured out, and i hope the info helps.
