Well - not yet really, but it's on it's way.
Couple weeks ago I bought a new rifle. (Sendero 300 RUM) As I'm getting a muzzle brake added and shopping for a scope, I realized how hard it is to find ammo. So - as if I need much arm twisting - I decided to buy some reloading equipment. I shopped many brands on many forums and belive I got all the pros/cons, but it came down to how much I would really be using it and the answer really was "not that much and just for this caliber", so I went with the Lee Kit. It is currently in route from Midway USA right now. Can't wait to make my first rounds.

I'll warn you.....reloading is addictive. You'll soon start handloading for all your calibers. It won't be long before you'll be hoarding bullets and powder, buying digital scales and power trimmers. And you MUST have a chronograph! It's a fine hobby to enjoy during the off season when there's little to hunt.

I'm a reloading addict too. I just can't seem to stop.

I love to work on my loads and shooting my own bullets. When I was in college was when I enjoyed it most though. I had way more time to work on loads, shoot and hunt, and now im dirt broke poor paying for a truck saving on a house and a ring while paying student loans

so I went with the Lee Kit Welcome and congratulations. Just a suggestion. Check and see what the throat opening is on the Lee Press. With the UM rds you really need a big opening. Enjoy Anybody know what the classic? opening is?

IF it is the Challenger kit you can load the 300RUM in it, a little tight but it will fit. ttaillac, welcome to the world of reloading it sure can be fun. when you have questions ask. Which Lee Kit are you getting?

No hope at all of being cured... been an addict for over 20 years and it just gets worse. Welcome to the party!, Once you start casting your own bullets, o for lets say 5+ calibers, and 3-5 different weights each, then not even a 12 step program can save you. Have fun, keep a clean work area, work when you can focus on your work, and most of all if you have questions, ASK someone who "knows" and read about it before you go forward.

I agree on the 5+ calibers. I currently do .22 Hornet, .223 Rem., .22-250, .243 Win., 270 WSM, 7mm-08 Rem., 7.62x39, .30-30 Win., 7.62x54r, 308 Win., .30-06 Springfield (first one I ever did), .303 Brit., 8x57mmJS...not to mention like 4 pistol calibers. Yup, I'm hooked.

I have loaded cartridges up to 7m-STW in a Challenger press so the 300 RUM will fit, it is a little tight getting the bullet in but not hard to do. for teh big cases these days I use the 50BMG press with the adator for the smaller dies, which gives a lot of room in the press.
