I've seen one in action, they aren't worth the money.

what about Elusive Wildlife XLR 250 I just got to check them out and see a lot of people favoring them over the ND3 or anything else for that matter.

I researched many lights. ND3 is really not worth the money spent and lack of positive feedback steered me away. The Kill light XLR 250 has many positive reviews. Now that I own one I can say I am very happy with this light. Take a look here, XLR 250 Look back through the older post in this section. Mixed opinions on color choice. I bought the green but will soon buy red as well. I can honestly say I can I.D. animals up to 150 yards out.

+2 on the XLR 250, if you get the pro pack you get green, red, and white led's to change out

Is the XLR250 the same as the Sniper Hog Lights Destroyer?

I've read somewhere that they are the same light and elusive wildlife makes both of them, but not sure if that's true. I was going to get the Destroyer but then saw the XLR 250 pro pack with 3 led's for not much more money than the Destroyer.

That is not true. They are not identical. They just look the same. They do use the same housing though..........
