That looks great!!  I spent a winter living in the mountains in Kufstein Austria in 1984/85. There was this little Italian restaurant I went to, I got the samething ever time, calzone. It was absolutely the best, I have spent the last 20 year trying to do a calzone the same way and can’t. They had all these different meats in it, spicy meats like salami, but what really made it awesome was a raw egg in side just barely cooked, dang it was incredible!!

I put marinara,pepperoni,canadian bacon sauteed onions and bell peppers and mozzerella cheese and baked it at 475 for 20 minutes.

did you buy the crust from a can? This is what I was wondering !! Man it sure looks good !! Makes me wish Rumis (a little pizza joint that makes them) was open at 2:45 in the morning...

Made it from scratch. Got it off the internet. Pretty simple to make as long as you have yeast and flour. It is basicly pizza dough.

Made it from scratch. Got it off the internet. Pretty simple to make as long as you have yeast and flour. It is basicly pizza dough. Will need this recipe as well !!
