I have 8 or 10 duck breasts that need cooking. Anybody got simple I can do over night in the crock pot? Thanks

Edit: Or another duck recipe that would require marinating overnight? (Already have dinner plans tonight, but the duck is thawed)

I have a seriously good recipe for the grill.

Cut large breast into thirds, small breast in half.
mix 1/2 cup of GOOD whiskey, 2 tablespoons of apricot preserves and fresh black pepper to taste. Marinate overnite.

wrap one piece of duck with bacon and grill it, usually 8 -10 minutes @ 350 degrees. I also add slices of bell pepper, jalapeno, onion or something to the wrap for flavor. Put mozzarella in the wrap once, made a helluva mess but awesome taste. I use angel hair pasta in place of toothpicks, doesn't burn.
Hope it helps.
