Really? So what if u get pulled over and the firearm is under someone else's name won't they think its stolen?

Guns are not registered in the state of Texas, if you get pulled over and they run the serial number you will only have an issue if its stolen ...and comes back as such.
when they run the serial number it doesnt come back.."this rifle was bought by BOB SMITH on 10/15/08" like some people think it does
