We currently have two spots open on our Concho county lease. Our group has been hunting together for years however we have two open spots due to a death in the family. We have six in the group and are looking to replace the two folks we lost for a total of eight hunters.

Cost: $2,500 per gun plus 1/8 feed and other expenses. We feed protien Feb - Oct and corn year round.

Location: 4 miles south of Eden, TX in Concho County

Size: 2400 acres

Access: Year round access with hunting rights during all seasons (reg. dove, deer, late dove, both fall and spring turkey, no quail currently as we are letting the population grow)

Accomodations: two bedroom hunters cabin (remodeled this year), electric and water for RV hook ups

No guests allowed with the exception of immediate family members which can hunt off your tags. We are a very easy going group. We are serious about hunting and herd management. We like to have a few beers around the fire but we are not looking for party animals. We bring our wives and famlies out most weekends.

This is a great place with great land owners and a lot of potential. We have made a lot of improvements and have quaility deer that will only get better. I have plenty of trail game pics

almost a dollar an acre is not a bad price and only 8 gun's on 2400 acres is wide open. Sorry to hear about your loss too man. Been there done that - hunting just isn't the same without the ones we have shared it with so many times. Good luck in your search!

Thanks for the kind words Keith. I understand what you mean about it not being the same. There wasnt a hunt that went by that I didnt think about the man we lost. But we have some great memories of him so I guess that about as good as you can ask for.

What kinda of deer do you have in the area? I know its hill country land. What kinda of managment plan has it been on?
