We are looking for a new lease and it seems like they are going for much higher now days. What do all y'all pay per year for a lease now?

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

Pretty good prices listed so far. I'll add to this post. Where did y'all find your leases? I'm guessing friends/family will be most common. I'm window shopping now, but all I seem to turn up is middle-men and "lease managers" looking to make a buck and cranking up the price.

You got to talk to a lot of people and ask them to pass any info that they might come across. The middle men are the ones that advertise because they got to make a $$$.

What do you get and where? I'm looking to move up in lease world, but haven't been able to find a place. South Texas 1 Trophy 1 Cull 3 does all protein paid and corn. Nice house we also have MLD so any other deer that need to go we do that as well.
