New lease in Palo Pinto county. I have seen numerous hogs on game camera, & almost always at night. I've had a green LED kill light out now for about 2 weeks, so they should be used to it!! I guess I'll find out tonight. I can't find anyone else on the lease, including the owner who wants to go with me, & the owner won't let me bring a guest.... But, it's his property, & I obey rules!!! Wish me luck.. Oh, weapons: RRA 20in. AR with a Mueller 3X10X40 with a illuminated reticle, shooting Black hills 60gr. SP......

Oh, weapons: RRA 20in. AR with a Mueller 3X10X40 with a illuminated reticle, shooting Black hills 60gr. SP...... how well does that illuminated reticle work at night? i have only had the chance to use one and i thought it was too bright.
she said ,why does that ammo have pretty green tips on it? the guy said its the eco-friendy ammo.

Did not see a thing but a little buck that came to the feeder. No hogs. I do believe that the the green LED light is affecting my infrared game camera night pics.....

I's it washing out the pictures? I had sort of the same issue, changed to a single solar powered led light from lowes for $32. I still made sure to point it in the general direction of the camera but elevated at about 5 1/2 feet high pointing towards the ground below the feeder. This way I could see how the hogs adapt to it. I only brought out my version of kill lights (actually a 6 volt flashlight with the lens painted green on my hunt night and tapped to the same post. Did any hogs show up on your pics? Maybe they are not use to it yet. Who knows.

It's definitely washing out the night pictures. I had some hogs on video, but they were in the middle of the afternoon!!! Go figure..
