Start by checking ranches closes to you are that offer what is is most interested in. Then break down the pricing. That way he wills save on gas $ as well as have a good time. Some places even have offers that accommodate a non-hunter companion such as yourself, he might like that also.

I think every woman should let there guy have some fun every once in while. Let him have a guys weekend hunting and let her go out with the girls for the weekend. That way you both are having a good time. Then when you both get home from your weekend. You can have your own fun. LOL

Just remember about hunting, we need about 12 'guys' weekends with the majority Nov to Jan. A few in April for turkey.

probably need to plan an axis hunt as it is getting closer to time to hunt them. looking at about $1200 - 1500 depending on which ranch you decide. several good outfitters here that can help out. what a way to get the relationship started

Hmmmmm being that you've been together such a short time I'm a little leary of talking you into a $1-2000 hunt, but I will suggest a doe hunt that could be had for a couple hundred. Something like an axis, red deer, or sika, but not fallow. They're pretty nasty tasting.

Please do take a second and think about if you're doing this to just be nice or to get him to like you more. Could scare him a little too this early.
