I am not quite sure what all you South Texas guys would call a big fox, but this Grey has to be the biggest fox I have ever been a part of killing... My brother Jordan finally got to get out and hunt/ film with us the other night in hopes of getting him on his first called cat, but the night turned out a little differently. This is Jordans first fox and this whopper weighed in at 12.5#. I dont know if that is big to some of yalls standards but we dont have many fox in the area so either way it is a treat!

keep in mind that he is 6'4" and about 240#

Cool. We got one almost 13 in a tournament a few years back and it was second place. It was much bigger than the others.
Yours has a lot of red in it to. What County?

that fox was taken in Cooke county, the ranch was about 1/4 mile from the Red River. We dont shoot enough fox around here have a goood idea about the weight, but i guess it was above average!

We've got a lot of fox country that I hunt and the biggest I've ever been in on was 10lbs 6 oz. So I would say that is def a BIG fox smile

You sure? I believe it was your tournanment that turned up 2 over 12lb. I dont' remember which out of three tournaments it was a few years ago; but I remember Clay R. won
