I just shot a gorgeous Bluebill in Glen Rose this weekend and would love to send it to the taxidermist but I really don't want to break my bank. Anyone know of a place or someone in or around DFW that does waterfowl for around $150ish or less?

Good luck. With taxidermy you get what you pay for. Keep your bird in the freezer and save a little bit up. Most taxidermist let you pay out.

x2 I was at BirdWorks when he was talking with another customer about a Woodie mount. The guy knows his stuff.
Some may let you leave it with a diposit and pay the rest when finished.
Anything I have mounted, I wouldn't go the cheap way..... might not last long

Sendero Taxidermy has some good looking work. I agree with the others, save your money and use someone good.

Trust me... if I did my own, it would come out no where near what yours did
