well its the end of duck season...its been a strange one for me. three weeks ago i had the best hunt of my life and since that hunt i literally have not fired a single shot. i made a comment driving home from that great hunt "if i get skunked every hunt the rest of the season i'd still be happy with the season bc of this hunt"...well if i dont kill any birds on one of my last 3 hunts looks like thats gonna be true...well thinkin about that hunt gets me pumped so i guess i was right. good luck to everyones last 5 mornings of the season... dang i cant believe its already gonna be over

same here pike. this was a good season for me, i hunted more this season than in the last couple combined. made it on an awesome guided hunt with a fellow thf'r( can't say his name ) and killed a couple for the wall.

made some great memories with my son and some good friends.

looking forward to adding some new gear and getting ready for next season... gonna be a long 8 months waiting on the teal!

God blessed us w/ a good season. spend off season thinking about next season as usual. I plan on doing a lot more scouting this off season.

I can't believe the season is almost over too! Seems like the Mallards aren't even here till about Christmas time. Then its over before you know it.

Just as quick as it arrived it is gone.
