Just arrived in Elgin and the post office doesn't have it for my girlfriend.. Isn't there a way you can get it online and print a receipt for proof of purchase and take it into the field with you?

I figured any post office also and the clerk made sure I knew I was wrong Back in the day, the post office was the ONLY place that you could buy them. You were right, they are still supposed to have them, I thought anyway. Walmart, online, Academy.....

She's going to buy one for 9 days left in the season? $17 is a lot less than the fine she would get if caught hunting without one.
