Well guys, the Hoilday season will soon be over, and for us Southerners, backyard pool weather won't be too far away. Here are some pics I took last year at our Pool Opening Party. Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Chicken Thighs, Corn in the husk,Smoked Onion, and of course what Southern meal is complete without deviled eggs!?! I am here to tell you, if was fit to eat!

How do you smoke your corn? I know people grill it but I've always wanted to throw it on while smoking a brisket.

What I do is take whole ears still in the shuck and soak them in water for about an hour. Then carefully pull back the shuck and coat the ear with butter and black pepper. Then pull the shuck back up over the ear and tie the top off with a small sliver of the shuck. Throw it on the smoker and cook with the rest of your stuff at around 250 degrees for about 1.5-2 hours.
