How do you smoke your corn? I know people grill it but I've always wanted to throw it on while smoking a brisket.

What I do is take whole ears still in the shuck and soak them in water for about an hour. Then carefully pull back the shuck and coat the ear with butter and black pepper. Then pull the shuck back up over the ear and tie the top off with a small sliver of the shuck. Throw it on the smoker and cook with the rest of your stuff at around 250 degrees for about 1.5-2 hours.

Cant go wrong with smoked chicken thighs and deviled eggs!!Shouldve put you a pan of baked beans in there to smoke too. Love me some smoked onions and smoked baked beans with thick cut bacon!!
