I would have never heard of this were it not for the TV show, " How It's Made ".
I thought I was pretty good at utilizing edible meat on an animal.
This is a Scottish Dish, prepared from sheep lungs, heart, oatmeal, and other unlikely ingredients.
It's a big seller world wide, apparently. Has anyone here ever had some, or better yet, actually prepared this dish?

I've had some Haggis before. Never know what was in it, but it was pretty good.

If I'm not hunting something I must be dead.

We had an Englishman come hunt with us once. We were gutting a hog and he could not believe that we threw the stomach, heart, liver, and lungs to the coyotes. I'd eat it if it was set in front of me, but I ain't gonna go looking for it...
