Anyone seen this? My neighbor just told me they have a picture of a black panther taken in Van Zandt county in the Van Zandt newspaper. Apparently it was seen just on the other side of the bottoms from me. Hope someone can verify this as I dont get that paper. He's not the kind of guy to pull my leg but you never know.

It was saturday he told me, and he said he got it that day. Not sure what all days they release new papers. Stopped by a few places here in Rains county but no VZ papers.
Guys, Im not trying to start a rumor or make a claim, just would like someone who gets this paper to confirm if its in there or not.

See, the problem in getting photos is that unless you count jagurundis, black panthers don't exist in Texas.

maybe it's like a vampire, and unless you take the picture using a reflection of a mirror, it won't show up?

it was reported in the houston paper that a large group of black cougars were spotted near a bar downtown this weekend,.
I'll see if I can find some photos.
