I got one for Christmas, one of the red ones.
It looks like it oughta work pretty good for smoking, and you can even grill on it, supposedly.
I was thinking of smoking some venison sausage links.
I've got a freezer full of wild hog, store bought hog, and a turkey or two.

I've got one and I had problems getting it up to temp if I put a big meal on it. For Christmas my wife got me one of the fridge looking electric digital smokers from BPS, but I have yet to try it out. I think I just needed more rack space, and was overloading my red brinkman....

I got one for christmas over 20 years ago and tried using it shortly after christmas. I couldn`t keep the temp. up at all. I think the directions stated that they didn`t reccomend using it if the outside temp. wasn`t above a certain temperature. I never remember using it again.
