How well do they work. I have never used them for dove hunting. DO you put them in trees or stake them in the ground. Any tested info. Also which ones work the best

They work great. I find they work best on the ground in the early part of the season. Later in the season, the doves become wary & avoid them.

They work great.....and I have to disagree with that later in the season theory......I used mine all season with the same results......dead birds..... I limited out everytime I went.....Birds just drop on them like crazy....Get the original Mojo.....not that wind powered thing....
Spend time with the ones you love. Time is not guaranteed.

In 39 years of hunting doves I've never seen anything like it.Doves that are several hundred yards away hone in on 'em and divebomb the dang things. If I'd have known I'd have bought one years ago.Never saw one in action til last Sept. I'm buying one this weekend so I have it before the season starts.

I have used them for a couple 3 years now. They work great all season. As a matter of fact they work better as the season goes along. As the birds start filtering in from the north the Mojo will work even better.

As someone mentioned earlier they work well for the whole season and doves will dive bomb the dang thing. This tends to make shots a little bit lower so you are hunting with a group you have to be more aware of where other hunters are positioned.

Sho was fun to watch Rachel missing all those doves that landed under that sucker. They'd swirl and twirl down and around that thing and land right next to it.
Put it to you this way warrington, I'll rarely hunt without one again, unless I know I'm gonna be on the move alot.

Interested in what others think, but I would say probably 30% of the dove that are not flying directly to you anyway, will change course to fly over it. They will not like make a 90 degree turn, but they will change course to fly toward the mojo. And those that fly over it, I would say 10 to 20 percent will want to land next to it. That said, there has to be dove in the area, more dove, obviously more dove that will be attracted to the mojo. I have seen some folks say they don’t work, and my guess, there was no dove flying their direction to start with.
