 Possible Bow Lease coming available for 2011 season

Hey guys
I have 146ac of primitive hunting land in Leon Co. It has deer, hogs, ducks. It has a creek that runs year round through 2 parts of the property. the land is composed of mostly green ash, and water oak trees. 25-30ac holds water 75% of the year great for the duck hunter. I'm working on building a duck march that will be full all year. There are two access points one has a road the runs the whole front part of the land and another that comes in on the top corner that is a sand hill. I'm thinking about leasing this just would like to see what kind of interest there is.

I put up a ground blind in one part of the place on the last weekend of deer season and saw 16 deer in the morning all with in bow range. The day before I saw about 40 hogs right after the sun set.
I put a trail cam up on the 2nd. and got a few good photo's of some big hogs and a blurd photo of 3 deer one looked to be a buck.
the cost is $5,000 with a maximum of 5 people, or it will be 1,000 a bow. this is a year long lease.
