No particular area, but prefer west of 35 or south Texas. 2-4 of us, looking for long term. 350-1000 acres would be about right. Would like to keep it under 2K a gun, and would like year round access. My family is driving this, need a place for the wife and kids to enjoy, and teach the kids to hunt.
Group is not heavy into drinking, and dont mind working on the ranch to help out.

I am in Wylie (Dallas), but anywhere east of midland is fine.
The right place makes it easy to travel to.
