Any one know this place, on about 100,000 acres outside of San Angelo, something like the Tepee Creek Ranch. Just saw a hunt on Ruger's Hunting adventures on OLN, looks like a nice place with some monster deer. Just curious if anyone can tell me a little more. Did a search and found very little.

Ike Sugg belongs to one of the most wealthy families in the United States. That 100,0000 acres of land produces millions and millions of oil and gas income a year. I seriously doubt they really commercially hunt that land, which is why you can't find anything about them online.

they commercially hunt 30000 acres of it. the episode info is on OLN's website. Supposedly the host is friends with Ike Suggs. They are taking 200 inch deer off of it.

I used to hunt a ranch that borders it and killed a hell of a 3 year old deer off of it, that jumped on our side of the fence. It is covered in huge deer and I have never heard of anyone but family hunting it. There are booners walking all over the place there. There are alot of ranches in gardencity that border it. Looks like the best chance of taking a deer like that over there is getting a lease that borders it and hoping for the best. It would be nice to marry into that family.

Theres also the Rocker B ranch that is in big lake that has huge deer on it. It borders the Suggs as well and they sell hunts for trophy and for management. Huge deer on this place and it has been managed for over 15 years. You can find it on the Internet, if your interested. Plus there are several ranches that border it that are usually available for lease. I personally looked at a beautiful 10,000 acre ranch that borders it with a nice ranch house but just werent able to make a deal. Its worth looking into if you got the money.
