I had to fence them out of my feeder. What a job that was. So far it has worked. I get DEER feeding instead of hogs. The damn things would sleep under the feeder all nigh waiting for it to go off. In the evening they would show up 5 minutes before it went off and stand there praying to the corn god. After it went off, within a minute there would be no corn left. Dont get me wrong, they are good eating but......

well we have had to fence and refence feeders many times until last trip we just decided to buy some really expensive panels. I dont know what has been tearing down the fences it can be three things cows, goats or pigs. I live in east texas and im used to hunting pigs in creeks and such so thats where i looked for them on our land out there but still havent seen any. Also i heard theres a few javis out there have u seen any?

I used rebar for stays and welded up corners and then put up rolled fencing that has the smaller squares at the bottom working to 4"X4" squares. On the first go round the big hogs could not get in but the little ones did. I ran another fence section around the pen offset from the fist and that seems to have solved the problem.

I have seen no javelina around but some close by have, or so they say.

I hunt in Campwood Hills in Edwards County and see hogs every time I hunt there. They tore up my feeder last year.
