easiest way to clean ducks?

you can do something very similar by standing on the wings and lifting up on the feet

I saw a guy stand on the head/neck & lower half of body, grip under rib cage top & bottom, and then pull up.
He brought up breast and wings on geese, not sure how it would work on ducks.

I like to cut mine off the breast bone, so would not help me. Can't be legally transported without a wing attached though.
