I cannot find a load for these bullets. I read somewhere that Hornady said load the same as the 100 gr. BTSP as they were the same length. However the BTSP is a boat tail.

What caliber are you reloading for would be a help. 243?

Presume you are talking about a .243. I believe you could use the 100 grain load safely. I have loaded the 95 grain SST with 42.0 gr IMR 4350 to get about 3000 fps. It was a very accurate load, but I was not impressed with the terminal performance of the SST.

I made a good chest shot on a nice buck. The bullet punched a neat pencil-sized hole clean through, with no signs of expansion. (The deer ran about 40 yards and went down. Yes, you can't argue with success, but I just didn't like what I saw. A full-metal jacket would have done the same thing.)

I hit a running 50-lb hog in the butt. The bullet went through one side and lodged up against the leg bone on the other. The front of the bullet was bent, but had not expanded at all. It took a second shot with another rifle to finish the job.

Thats odd... i've heard several say they act like a ballistic tip?
