I am looking for a really good boning knife for my dad for X-mas we process all our own deer, hogs, etc... and would like to get him a special processing knife.

Does anyone know of a good knife or what is the best that yall use?

For 14 years, I've used a WR Case XX-Changer for all of my game processing and everyday kitchen duty. It comes with 4 different interchangable blades. Just got a new one so I can retire the old one. It's been good to me. + Made in the USA!!

I would order a Victorinox 6" semi flex boning knife they have the best none slip handles out there and sharpen quick and last forever. They are the number one choice of Professional meat cutters and I have used them for years.

there around $20, I would get hime one and a good sharpening steel

Contact Big Tony here on the forum for a custom made knife at a very affordable price. I got one from him for my son and was extremely pleased with price, quality, and service.
