Great buddy of mine Logan Meitzen out of Eagle Lake TX was shot in the face this morning while setting out dekes with his dog. He was hit by 7 BBs, he lost some teeth and possibly will lose his right eye. He took out three girls to hunt that morning on his private lake and he was shot by one of them. Please keep this fellow waterfowler in your prayers. We can't ever be too safe

Prayers up. It is real easy to forget that duck hunting carries with it many dangers. I can't imagine what that young lady must feel like.

Thank god he is still alive. He's a lucky man. Prayers to him

My prayers for him and the girl who shot him. I know that the Lord plans to use this for good in the end. Is there anything else that can be done to help or lift spirits for parties involved?
