I ordered a pair of Scent-lok pants from Bowhunters Superstore a few weeks ago on a Sunday. I paid extra for insurance on this item. The order was processed, credit card charged, and got confirmation of shipping on the item. The following weekend, the family and I went out of town to do some Christmas shopping. When I got home on Sunday, I had an email stating the item was delivered on Saturday. We checked all around the house, asked the neighbors, looked all around our yard, nothing. I called the post office on Monday morning (since it was delivered USPS), they claimed it was sat on the chair on my front porch, and told me to contact who i ordered from since I had insurance. I immediately contacted Bowhunters that morning, got the receptionist and was told Mark will call you back. No returned call that day. Called again the next morning, same deal no call. Called back later that day, Finally Mark called back, said "We'll call the police dept., we're not doing anything about it until a report is filed." I asked about a refund or replacement since I HAD INSURANCE, again "As long as the investigation takes is how long before anything happens. I'll file a report, and call you when I have the case number and then we'll go from there." Guess what, He never called back. So, I called police dept, found out he never called and started a report, so I filed a report. Called Mark to tell him the case number, got the receptionist again. Was told "I'll give him the info and he'll call you right back." Still no returned calls, no product, no refund. What is the point of insurance if you still can't get the ordered item?
I'll never buy from them again and recommend nobody else buy either. This is the service you will get!!

Durn, wish you would have posted before you bought from them. I will never buy from them again after my last purchase, and I'm sure others feel the same.

call your credit card and have them refund your money.

It was actually my Bank of America card and yes tremendous help. Best Customer service I have ever gotten from them. Refunded my account today, and wont let BHS draw any funds until it is proven that the package physically is in my hands. Now, BHS and USPS can fight over the funds and missing item, I dont care, I got my money back.

What a shame. Sounds like they use the same customer service model that the game cam manufacturers use.
