First banded crane I've ever seen. I shoot a few every year and I had no idea they band 'em.

could imagine the poor bastage that had to try and put that band on that dude!

could imagine the poor bastage that had to try and put that band on that dude! That I did not think about. I'd be wearing a thick coat, gloves, and a football helmet. Them jokers are mean. I had a cripple run in the brush and try to kill me when I caught him. Had to make him get right with a tree branch that was laying on the ground.

We bring a baseball bat into the field every time now.
