Hey man, i hardly ever use all of my tags. If you need i don't mind popping a dear for you, or using one of my tags on yours. If you need it i have a tag for you...... Wow. Nothing like offering to violate the law on a public forum.

Who you think they will be sending for me, just so i know who to look for while watching over my shoulder or looking in the mirror constantly.

I took a big hill country buck in a couple of years ago and specifically asked them to cut the backstraps and make the rest into sausage.
I got like 6 inches of backstrap from a 127 lb. carcass. I'll never use them again.
In your case, I bet the deer got burried behind some other meat in the freezer. It has happened to me before when I went to pick up my deer meat.

UPDATE: The processor called yesterday.. They found my deer.. .. They had rewrote the ticket for it and spelled my name wrong.. DOH.. Anyway.. I am happy to report all is well and I will be picking up my deer today. Again, I think this processor is one of the beset and have never had an issue.. I am glad they came through and found the deer. Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. It's good to know that THF members have my back.. So to speak..
