Does anyone else think it's funny that the member who is apparently in law enforcement doesn't seem to think that the rules of this forum are important? Just do whatever you want, the heck with the rules.

Look at rule 12, regarding outfitters/guides. To me it seems clear that we are not supposed to be bashing their operations.

12. We consider guides and outfitters an asset to the site. If you don't agree with the use of guides or outfitters, keep that information to yourself. If a guide or outfitter is just posting their service, inviting you to check out their web site, let them do so. Hopefully down the road they will offer a few pointers. Guides and outfitters offer a wealth of information and we want them visiting the site on a regular basis.

I don't see any rule broken. I agree with HywMan...if you are going to advertise a 12 acres pen on a "hunting" forum. Get ready for a few responses. Unpleasant ones at that!! Two words keep coming to mind here...12 acres! 12 FREAKIN' ACRES!! Okay, I'm sorry most of the time the three word phrase comes to mind!!

If you'll go back and look at his very well done web site, you'll notice it never mentions 12 acres. Nor does it say the animal you chose to pursue, will be released in a 12 acre pen.

i guaruntee that if i, or any one of the people i hunt with, were released into that 12 acre pen, all 4 rams would be dead within 3 hours. there is nothing ethical about his place, it is a semi-controled slaughter. i don't care if i am breaking rule 12, 13 or 37, it is b.s and he is basically prostituting animals.
i wonder what the rocky mountain elk foundation, which he so dearly loves, would think of his "outfitting service"
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

No! that would be Big Blue Poppa Pimp Pig who does that. They almost had him 2 weeks ago down by Fort Stockton, caught him in a sting operation. Rumour has it he was caught in a Krispy Kreme parking lot with a couple of under age Ewe's. Some how he escaped prosecution.

I agree with about 1/2 of ya'll. That type of hunt is not my style, but anyone that want's to go is more than welcome to go. It's all legal. Can't we all just get along and drink a beer?

The only real fair chase deer hunting left is in Cass County Texas. If you can kill a poacher educated, nocturnal living 13" or better buck on paper company land then you are a real hunter

If you think thats rough then try one of our national forrests in a whole bunch of counties.I personally hunt the San Augustine Natl Forrest in Angelina Co and I have a small papermill lease in same said county and the forrest is definatly tougher.At least on the lease you can bait them.I like the still hunting in the forrest better and got the lease for my wife and daughter to be able to hunt comfortably.
Keep your powder dry,the wind in your face and watch your backtrail.

A 12 ACRE PEN has nothing to do with HUNTING.....IT IS CALLED A FEEDLOT PERIOD........This is terrible for this site and hunting in general...Anti hunting campaigns will love your website of so called hunting.
