Just wondering what you guys think about this buck on age and AR. We have 4 other bucks that need to be culled but because of AR we cant. Found some last year pics of this buck and seems the rack is the same. My question is does he meet the 13".

I don't think he will make it and he is only 2 1/2 yrs.

Amazing! One guys says he will make it the next says he won't. And we wonder why there are so many people against AR.
No doubt age should be a major consideration and in my opinnion the most important consideration.
13" wide has little or nothing to do with whether he should be culled or if he is "trophy" quality.
AR is an absolute JOKE

If there is one thing I have learned about using game cameras to judge deer it is the actuall deer, once he is on the ground, is almost always smaller than you expected and determined via the camera.
Call it ground shrinkage or whatever but almost ever deer we have taken over the past 8 years since we started using cuddeback game cameras has scored less and is smaller than we thought when viewing them on camera.

They say the camera adds 10 pounds

Though I may not agree with gaharris on AR's because of my experience, I definitely agree about the cameras. Whatever you see on a camera will definitely be smaller in person or when you ground check them.

To the OP, without knowing your whole hunting situation, my thought would be to let this one go another year or so and see if he can be something better.
